               The Executive Committee met on July 17th, at the request of the Chairman and made preparations for Reunion Nine. The following Schedule was set:

11:30	Wine & Cheese Party (Karl)	5:30	Horseshoe semifinals

1:00	EggGolf Ball Search (Bill)	6:00	Dinner (Ed)
1:30	Commence Horseshoe Pitching (Lloyd)	7:00	Auction (Virginia)
2:00	Swim Meet (Charles)	7:30	Skit & Revue (Heidi)
3:30	Volley Ball( Pat,Chris, Mike, & JR)	8:00	Awards (Jack)
4:30	Carnival (Caroline et. al.)	9:00	Retreat & Cleanup (Everybody)

               For the "WINE & CHEESE PARTY", we need the following:

                a) Each male Schroeder shall provide at least one fifth of white; one fifth of red; and one fifth of any other wine.

                b) Each male outlaw shall provide at least 1/2 lb. sharp cheese; 1/2 lb. mild cheese; and 1/2 lb. soft cheese.

                c) Each family shall furnish a box of chips, crackers, dipchips, Doritos, peanuts or mixed nuts.

                d) No Coca Colas are to be consumed before 11:30 a.m.

                e) Cousins shall supply the soft drinks for the kids.

                Your cooperation will be appreciated, if YOU

       1. Bring a wrapped prize( one for each member of your group - it can be anything from a candy bar to something or things you pick up at a yard sale .)

       2. Contribute any surplus fruits & vegetables from your gardens.

       3. Bring plenty of ice (there is none at camp & stores run out early).

       4. Carnival games are needed (Roulette, Pokeno, Bingo etc.)

       5. Tell Mary, by Aug. 8th, how many will be in your group.
