The Executive Committee met and decided
that the Schroeder clan just could not allow the Chairman to run the
Schroeder Reunion without assistance.
  On Motion duly made, seconded and carried, it was:
  RESOLVED, that each member of the family (except the Chairman's
wife) would be assessed $3.00; and it was further
  RESOLVED, that each spouse (or outlaw) would be assessed
$3.00 (except the Chairman); and it was further
  RESOLVED, that each child of a member would be assessed $1.00
(except the children of the Chairman and his spouse); and it was
further
  RESOLVED, that each companion, date or escort of each child
of a member be assessed $1.00 (excepting those accompanying the
Chairman's children); and it was further
  RESOLVED, that each member's family (including children and
dates) be assessed no more than $10.00; and it was further
  RESOLVED, that each member and family furnish their own cocktails,
alcoholic or soft beverages; and it was further
  RESOLVED, that each member and family staying at Camp Hugh
Beaver overnight (by invitation or as the result of over indulgence)
make an appropriate contribution to Camp Hugh Beaver; and it is
further
  RESOLVED, that the entire Schroeder clan give their warmest
thanks and most gracious acknowledgment to the Chairman for his
generosity and thoughtfulness, and it is further
  RESOLVED, that the "outlaws" take appropriate action
to show their appreciation for being allowed to marry into the
Schroeder clan and assist in procreating the necessary offspring
to continue the existence of the clan.
